DISPATCH TIME

At Arcopedico, dispatching customer orders in a prompt and timely manner is of the utmost importance. We aim for next-day dispatch on all customer orders during business days.

 Please note, during public holidays, sale or promotional periods, dispatch and delivery time may be delayed. During this time, please expect your parcel to be dispatched within two to three business days.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

 You never know when you’re going to need new Arcopedico’s, and we understand when you’re in a hurry.

 If you need to put a rush on your purchase, we provide an ‘Express Shipping’ option for an extra $15 at checkout for orders within Australia. Please let our friendly Customer Care team know by emailing customercare@arcopedico.com.

 Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping on international orders.

 For orders within Australia, all purchases over $100 receive free shipping.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 Every Arcopedico purchase is supplied with a tracking number via email. To track your order, enter this number into the Australia Post website here.

 If you did not receive a tracking number or you are having difficulties tracking your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team by calling 1300 762 288 (8am-4pm AWST), sending a message via our Live Chat feature, or by emailing customercare@arcopedico.com.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

 Ensuring all parcels are delivered safely to our customers is a priority for Arcopedico. If you believe that your parcel has been lost or stolen, please double-check your tracking number and your parcel’s status before contacting our Customer Care team.  

 During busy periods such as Christmas and promotional periods, please allow a few extra days for your purchase to arrive as dispatch may have been delayed.
