Exchange & Refund

Thank you for buying from Arcopedico shoes! If for some reason your purchase was unsatisfactory in sizing, style, or just not too your original liking, we are happy to provide an online credit note, exchange or refund.

All online returns must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be returned in as-new condition
  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be returned with all tags still attached and in original packaging

Please note, a $15 repackaging fee will be incurred on items in damaged boxes.

Due to sanitation and hygiene reasons, purchases such as shoe care products, sockettes and innersoles, cannot be exchanged or refunded due to change of mind or incorrect fit.

 

AFTERPAY

 Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for purchases that are made on Afterpay.

 If you have made a purchase on Afterpay that you are subsequently unhappy with, and the purchase complies to the above conditions, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or credit note.

RETURNING AN ONLINE PURCHASE VIA POST

 All items being returned via post must comply with the above conditions on eligibility.

 Once you have ensured that your purchase is suitable for return, please complete the following steps. 

 1. Complete a Return Form

 A Return Form is included in your box with your Arcopedico invoice. If you cannot find your Return Form with your purchase, please download one here.

 The Return Form asks for, the name of the shoe that is being returned, the reason for return and whether you would prefer an online credit note, exchange or refund.

 This information helps the Customer Care and Repairs team to accurately assess your purchase in a timely fashion.

If you wish to exchange your Arcopedico purchase, we strongly urge you to purchase the shoe you desire now, as Arcopedico stock can sell out quickly and our Customer Care team is unable to hold stock for customers waiting for an online return.

 

2. Download a return postage label from Australia Post

 For your convenience, Arcopedico offers a flat rate $12.50 return postage label, which can be found via the link below .

3. Send your return back to our distribution centre

 When you have correctly and completely filled out your return label, print it out and attach it on the front of the post satchel and drop it off to your local Post Office.or closest participating retailer. 

 Please note, labels stuck directly onto the box will incur a $15 repackaging fee.

 

4. Your return is complete!

 When we receive your items at Arcopedico’s distribution centre, our Customer Care team will diligently check over your purchase and take the appropriate actions to process your return.
